VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Mustard Seed Ranch relies on volunteers to further surround our youth in relationship. Not only are the youth taught to be in relationship with a horse, our volunteers serve as a safety net for the youth while engaging in the horsemanship activities but also as an additional relationship that the youth are immersed in. We believe that a healthy relationship is the key to healing and developing healthy coping skills.
We ask that the volunteers:
- Complete a background check
- Participate in a scheduled volunteer orientation
- Commit to the full 16-week session you schedule in
